Stand a chance to win these exciting prizes, simply by ordering from our vending machines from 1 September - 30 September!
To qualify for the lucky draw, participants must comply with the following:
1. Register an account/ Be an existing member of our rewards program, Shake Salad Club (Vending Machines only)
2. Enable notifications from both E-mail & SMS (Edit notification preferences in “My Account”), in order to be notified of winning the prizes.
3. Every $1 spent = 1 chance, so increase your chances of winning by spending more, and buying more often with us this period!
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Winners will be selected based on transactions made in our vending machines from 1 September 2023 - 30 September 2023. Promotion is strictly valid from 1 September 2023 - 30 September 2023 only, with no extensions allowed.
There will only be 1 winner for each prize (7 winners in total). Winners will be personally notified via e-mail, announced publicly on this online page and our Instagram Stories (@shakesalad_sg) on 6 October 2023.
SELF-COLLECTION OF PRIZES
Shake Salad will contact winners by 13 October 2023 to inform them of the prize(s) won, and to arrange a suitable timeslot for collection of prizes (where applicable). Prizes won have to be collected at our office: 17 Jalan Mesin, #01-01, Singapore 368816. Requests for door-to-door delivery of prizes, or reservation of prizes after missing the timeslot will not be entertained.
The prizes may be forfeited to the next winner if winners are not contactable or did not respond to e-mail notifications by Shake Salad by 31 October 2023 (and disposed of, or donated, all at Shake Salad’s discretion), and no claims whatsoever for payment or compensation shall be entertained.
CREDITING OF POINTS AND VOUCHERS WON
Winners of Shake Salad Club points and vouchers will be notified by 13 October 2023, and have their prizes automatically credited into their account by 13 October 2023.
OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
By participating in Shake Salad 7th Birthday Lucky Draw, you consent to Shake Salad announcing the name of the winners and/or releasing a photograph of the winner as the prize-winner in our winner’s announcement.
By participating in Shake Salad 7th Birthday Lucky Draw, you have indicated that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. Prizes given out under this contest or any component thereof may be subject to separate terms and conditions (such as, in the case of vouchers, the relevant terms and conditions governing such vouchers).
The contest is open to members of Shake Salad Club (Vending Machines Only) in Singapore only. The following persons are not eligible to participate in the Contest: All employees (both permanent and fixed term contract) of the Organiser and their immediate family members.
Shake Salad reserves the sole and absolute right to disqualify any participant or reject qualifying participants deemed ineligible (be it under these Terms & Conditions or if the participant has engaged in conduct that the Organiser considers inappropriate or unacceptable).
Shake Salad reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any point of time.
Shake Salad may, at its sole and absolute discretion, substitute any prize for another prize of similar value, in circumstances that include but are not limited to unavailability of the original prize, illegality or non-feasibility.
The decision by Shake Salad is final and conclusive. No appeal will be entertained. Shake Salad shall not be liable for any claims by you or third-party claims or losses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, expectation loss, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third-part, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with this Lucky Draw.
