Tell me more about your meal plans!

Our 3-Day and 5-Day Meal Plans are customisable to your dietary preferences! Each meal plan consists of 1 Breakfast, 1 Lunch, and 1 Snack for each day.

Customise your meals with additional toppings, fruit cups and drinks that cost an additional $1-$2.50!

How do I know which days of the week my meal plan is for?

When an order for a meal plan is placed, the meal plan automatically starts the next working day, corresponding the days selected. Your orders will then be arranged for pick-up on the respective days, according to the timeslot you selected at checkout.

Note: Our meal plans are not available for collection on Public Holidays (PH). PH are automatically blocked from selection at checkout, and the meal plans will continue from the following day(s) after PH.

 How do I place an order and collect them?

  1. Customise your 3-Day and 5-Day Meal Plans: Select the day(s) of the week, choose your options, and checkout online!

  2. Select your pick-up time slot from 7am-10am at checkout

  3. You will receive an e-mail from us with the dates of your meal plan. Your order will be ready for collection in the morning of each day at Raffles Place Park. (Spot us with our pull-up banner!)
  4. Present to us your order confirmation, grab your bag, and start your day with Shake Salad!

What happens if I miss a pick-up of my order?

Upon checkout and selection of pick-up dates, you will receive an e-mail that indicates the pick-up dates for your meal plans.

As our meals are freshly prepared and assembled daily in our kitchens, we regret to inform that unfortunately, we will not be able to replace your order for the day(s) that you missed your order pick-up.

I would like to change my order details/ cancel my order. 

As our meals are freshly prepared and assembled daily in our kitchens, we regret to inform that unfortunately, we cannot accommodate changes after an order is made.

As such, any order cancellations are not entitled to refunds or returns.

Can I swap out one day of the meal plan for the following week?

As our meals are freshly prepared and assembled daily in our kitchens, we regret to inform that unfortunately, we cannot accommodate such changes after an order is made.

Why are weekends not available for selection?

Currently, our meal plans are only valid for weekdays. We will try our best to expand it to weekends in the future, do stay tuned!
